I started 21 day fix diet today and 22 minute hard corps, I did the cardio 1 and core 1 today, not gonna lie I had to sit out for some of the core work out, I have Diastasis Recti and my core is extremely weak. I hope this helps it. I haven't had anything with added sugar in it today and it is killing me! I had a bad habit of consuming 70, yes, 70! Grams of sugar a day. It is almost 6 PM and I have only had 22g. I had a pretty good metabolism so I hope in 8 weeks I see a substantial difference. I weighed myself today on the scale at the doctor to make sure it was accurate, I weighted 130.8 I have to do my measurements tomorrow I'll grab a measuring tape.
Breakfast complies with plan 1 on the 21 day fix
