another good day and less sweet cravings!

Breakfast: Egg and cheese on a wheat English Muffin (Had to grab it on the go since I had Physical therapy with my youngest!)
Unsweetened iced tea

Lunch:
Yellow Zucchini with olive oil and seasoning
Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt with strawberries, and pecan/blueberry granola (SO good)



Dinner:
Omlet with mushroom, spinach and a sprinkle of feta
a handful of grapes
1 boiled egg
celery with yogurt ranch
1 small piece of pepper jack cheese
1 apple slice (I had three...damn kids!)

Snack:
A bit more yogurt with blueberry pecan granola

cheat:
cup of hot cocoa with my boys
